The National Elementary Honor Society
Saint Joseph Regional Catholic School is a charter member of this association which is designed to recognize the accomplishments and academic achievements of the whole child. It recognizes outstanding students in grades 4 – 6 who demonstrate excellence in the areas of scholarship, responsibility, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.
The National Junior Beta Club
The National Junior Beta Club is dedicated to providing activities that help students in grades 5 – 8 grow into the leaders of tomorrow. It offers opportunities for young people to come together to embrace and celebrate diversity. It incorporates character education, leadership development and service.
The Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association
This organization seeks to enhance the total development of the students through organized, cooperative competition in sports. It focuses on teaching fair play, fellowship, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Saint Joseph participates in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track.
Saint Joseph Regional Catholic School is a member of the Greater Houston Athletic Association. Through this interscholastic sports program, our 5th through 8th grade student athletes learn sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership skills. Students who choose to represent Saint Joseph Regional Catholic School in athletic competition must maintain satisfactory grades and conduct. All student athletes are required to obtain proof and documentation of a sport’s physical from the student’s physician. Proper forms can be obtained in the school’s office.
